Description

The Columbia County Board of Commissioners located in Evans, Georgia, is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor and materials for construction of a 350 square foot addition, and renovations, to an existing 745 square foot single story masonry bathhouse, and a 295 square foot addition, and renovation, to an existing 422 square foot restroom facility. The new additions will be constructed of load bearing masonry walls, wood framing, wood truss roof structures, and metal roofing.
