Window Replacements at Little Rock School District Administration Building

Question Cutoff Date: 12/5/2022 11:00 AM (ET) From qualified licensed contractors to provide for WINDOW REPLACEMENTS at LRSD Administration Building Each bid will include with it a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered. It will be in the form of a cashier's check or insurance surety bond (with Power of Attorney attached) made payable to the Owner. AWARD The contract will be awarded to the contractor, who submits the lowest most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. Award will be based on those considerations which are in the best interest of the District. The district plans to award a single contract for all locations but reserves to right to award multiple contracts, whichever is in the best interest of the district. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in any solicitation or bid responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. SCHEDULING Contractor shall be prepared to begin work on this project on March 25, 2023 All work for this project shall be completed no later than June 2, 2023 WITH CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ON LEAD TIME OF EQUIPMENT. If the Contractor is unable to meet this deadline liquidated damages will be applied as specified herein.
