Description | Vendor shall remove current entry and interior doors then 1 LS replace with new automatic touchless doors. Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of preparing area of work for renovation, including demolition and removal of existing construction, and furnishing all transportation, labor, materials and incidentals to perform work as required. Schedule of work shall be as follows A. Demo both doors that enter the vestibule on the clinic building north side B. Install sliding doors that match the south entry sliding doors with same brand and model (Proslide 2003 belt drive system type SO-SX-SX-SO) or equal. C. Install automatic break-away sliding glass doors on the north entry of the building, the north exterior set of doors needs to have a HSPD-12 PIV reader to unlock the door for entry. (The reader is already on existing door) shall have thresholds, (color of threshold shall match metal frame). D. Provide an air-curtain inside of vestibule to the exterior sliding door to come on when the exterior door opens. E. The air-curtain shall have heat capabilities for the winter time and have automatic on/off switch activation for when the door opens and closes. F. Install two (2) automatic on/off switches for the south clinic sliding doors air curtain, and the Administration building sliding entry door air curtain that the air curtains are already installed. G. The north entry vestibule shall have the tile removed and install new ceramic tile with grout to match south vestibule. Wewoka Indian Health Center will provide tile but not the grout. H. Demo clinical entry door 414 corridor and install new metal frame with glass 4-0 (48” door). Install door frame that the new door does not intrude into the 413 Corridor. This door shall have an automatic opener accessed with a PIV reader on the 413 corridor side with a touchless hand button for emergency egress access. (badge reader is already installed at this door) I. Demo 502 corridor entry door and install a metal frame glass door (48”) in this area with an automatic opener and access will be controlled with a PIV reader and emergency egress to be controlled with a touchless hand motion switch( the touchless switch is not installed and will need to be purchased). This door may be moved back to allow the door to not intrude into the corridor, (bi-folding doors will not be an acceptable alternative) J. Demo 517 door and install metal frame glass (48”) door with automatic opener, PIV badge reader ( is already installed at this door reuse) the reader will control access and have a touchless hand motion for emergency egress access ( the touchless switch is not installed and will need to be purchased), (bi-folding doors will not be an acceptable alternative) K. Demo 516 door and install automatic sliding door, shall be a single door slider with a PIV badge reader installed (need to install a PIV reader that meets HSPD-12 HID reader along with programming into the symmetry system, there is one open slot on the reader board to add the door), along with a touchless hand motion (the touchless switch is not installed and will need to be purchased emergency egress release for the door as to keep the door from opening in a secure area. The slider door shall be Proslide 2003 belt drive system type single door or equal. L. Demo door 408 and install a glass door (48”) metal frame with automatic opener, PIV (the reader is already installed at the door reuse the reader) badge reader shall control access and have a touchless hand motion for emergency egress access. M. All doors shall be ADA compliant with logos on the all automatic doors. |
