Description

Each bid must be accompanied by the Bid Documents, as indicated in Section 00 21 13 'Instructions to Bidders', as well as a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Kerrville, Texas, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that the contract and bond will be entered into within ten (10) days after the award is made. No bids will be accepted after 3:00 p.m. on the date of bid opening. A Performance/Payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price will be required. All questions/inquiries regarding this project shall be directed through the website by Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CST.
