Provide Construction Management Services for Project 041038 - Renovate Wing C - Cornish Van Hoesen Hall at State University of New York at Cortland. This Project is for the rehabilitation of Wing C, Cornish Van Hoesen Hall. This multi-wing building was originally constructed in 1962 and has not had any major upgrades. The building interiors are in poor condition and are no longer suitable for current needs. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution systems are nearing the ends of their useful lives. In addition, most wings do not have fire sprinkler systems in place. This Project will renovate approximately 42,160 square feet (33%) of the building to modernize a former gym, classrooms and shared spaces. The Project will include hazardous materials abatement and other required upgrades to meet current codes, including improved handicap accessibility.
