Traffic Control Services for PennDOT District 8-0 Retaining Wall Inspections

Bids are invited upon the following: The work to be performed includes providing Traffic Control Services in accordance with the latest version of PennDOT Publication 213 Work Zone Traffic Control Guidelines. The successful Contractor will provide a Traffic Control Crew with a minimum staff of two persons and with a possibility of several crews. Services will be provided beginning as early as January 16, 2023 through February 25, 2023. Work days may not be consecutive and will be subject to weather conditions. All work will be completed during daylight hours. Several traffic control setups are required each day consisting of varying locations. The Engineer reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days required for Traffic Control Services as necessary for the successful completion of the work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Proposal Documents. Bids are required to be submitted by filling out the Form of Proposal in its entirety. This form is included in the bid package and is to be signed by the bidder. Alternate price quote forms will not be accepted. Bids may be held by Larson Design Group for a period not to exceed 30 days from date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract
