| Description | Construct a new concrete driveway to service the existing Lift Station #31 located at 34 Old Tree Line Trail, DeLand, FL 32724. 1. Provide temporary construction entrance, add erosion control and tree barricades 2. Remove trees shown to be removed and other vegetation within the driveway footprint, provide grubbing as required and remove all material from the this operation from the project site and dispose offsite. 3. Excavate retention pond, grade and fill the site as required to establish finished grade 4. Construct retaining wall with handrail 5. Raise existing manhole to grade (approximately 3 feet), please note that the existing lift station has been raised to finished grade and the force main has been raised as needed by others 6. Construct curb, generator pad, concrete driveway and steel bollards 7. Provide Bahia sod, fencing, swing gate and landscape 8. Provide all construction layout survey and as built drawings prepared by registered Florida Surveyor. | ||||
