Silver Lake State Park Utility System Improvements

This project consists of, but is not limited to: This utility improvement project will improve the existing water distribution system servicing the park and camping areas, upgrade the park’s main wastewater pump station, and replace a roadway culvert that passes the park's mainstream drainage. The project will include modifications to the existing water distribution system that sources supply from both a drilled artisan well and from the adjacent lake and will include excavation for the placement of new water distribution lines, and reconnection of water service to existing buildings & replaced water stands, old water line abandonment/removal. The existing pump station is to be retrofitted with new pumps, controls and assemblies, and will also include the placement and piping of a new concrete valve vault. This retrofit will connect with existing influent and delivery force main piping associated with the existing galvanized lines, and replace all electrical and signal lines and conduit, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project.
