Description

Plans call for the construction of a student dormitories. One dormitory is anticipated to be a 214-bed dormitory with a staff dwelling unit applying to the properties located at 23, 45, & 51 Shephard Ave. and 26 Lawrence Ave. The second dormitory is anticipated to be a 196-bed dormitory with a staff dwelling unit applying to the properties located at 204, 206 & 218 Ruggles Ave. and Lawrence Ave. A more exact scope of work has not been announced including the total square footage of the project. As of May 11 2023, the project is currently on hold. A firm construction timeline has not been determined at this time.
