Survey & Aquatic Herbicide Treatment, East Brimfield Dam, Fiskdale, MA

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to accomplish the following tasks at East Brimfield Reservoir and Long Pond: Conduct a comprehensive pre-treatment lake survey and report to identify the distribution and abundance of native and target aquatic invasive vegetation species (fanwort, Eurasian watermilfoil, and variable watermilfoil). Apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to approximately 40 acres to control fanwort, Eurasian watermilfoil, and variable watermilfoil. Conduct a post-treatment lake survey with a final report that identifies the distribution and abundance of target vegetation species, and evaluates the efficacy of the aquatic herbicide treatment, as well as provide future management recommendations for aquatic invasive species
