Interactive Classroom Projectors and Mounts

Bids are being accepted for the following purchase: Forty (40) Epson BrightLink 725Wi WXGA 3LCD Ultra Short-Throw Interactive Projectors Laser Display, (Model V11H998520) Forty (40) Epson Ultra-Short Throw Wall Mounts (Model V12HA06A05) Shipping target date should be after April 1, 2023 but not later than May 30, 2023. Supply chain issues may impact this shipping timeframe request. The district is able to accept shipping prior to April 1, 2023, if that will guarantee delivery for the project. Also, please specify any warranty terms that may be included in addition to the standard manufacturer warranty on the projectors. E-mail is preferred as the method of correspondence for any questions regarding this RFP. All questions should be submitted to: logan.evans@coffee.k12.ga.us The Coffee County Board of Education (district) will consider price, warranty, and references and will make a purchasing decision that is most advantageous to the school district.
