Reference Number 0000322071 The Work includes, but is not limited to, temporary relocation and wiring of the existing generator, demolition, saw cutting and coring; exterior underground and interior plumbing / piping modifications and expansion; pump installation; building expansion consisting of concrete and masonry construction, roofing system, electrical additions and modifications including generator installation, coordination with the electrical utility; HVAC improvements; SCADA improvements including installation and commissioning of a SCADA panel; and other related work as specified for the capacity expansion of the South Custer The City of Monroe reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal or to waive defects in proposals.
