Roof Repair and Gutter and Downspout Replacement - Public Works Main Building

1. Replace 6” (Wide) x 9” (Tall) gutter and downspouts 6” (wide) x 4” (deep) on the building with minimum of 24-gauge material. 2. Replace all hip flashing and closures. 3. Color to be used is Burgundy. Leon County is aware and accepts that the colors will not match due to ageing. 4. All scaffolding and equipment are to be supplied, set up, and broken down through contractor as part of project. 5. Contract shall supply covered pedestrian walk at entrance of building as well as ensuring that both stairwell doors and gathering room exterior doors are left accessible. 6. Leon County will provide material lay down and storage near building.
