Toho Water Irrigation Conversion and Retrofit Project

To retrofit residential customers who meet Toho criteria based on consumption with Weather Based wi-fi capable controllers and efficient irrigation heads. Recipient will target the top 100 largest residential users, as identified by Toho, of potable irrigation using AMI data on usage. We will replace existing controllers with weather-based controllers with smart technology and replace irrigation heads to efficient pressure regulated heads/bodies. Toho anticipates a savings of 30 percent per home. We are projecting a total of 100 homes will be converted with this project. Toho will also be working with Hunter Industries to educate customers through webinars, audits, and continued technical support. This project has estimated water savings of 8 to 16 million gallons per year.
