Cardinal Lane Sewer Outfall Relocation

The proposed work consists of installation of approximately 260 LF of 8" DIP Sanitary Sewer main, four pre-cast concrete manholes, aerial crossing, and erosion control measures. Bidders must be duly licensed contractors in the State of North Carolina for the appropriate work which is being Bid. Each Bid shall be accompanied with a deposit of cash, Certified Check or Bid Bond on bank or trust company in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Amount for each Bid submitted. Each Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bids and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud tate of NC MBE/WBE participation goal: 10% (combined)
