Rope Course Repair at Bethesda Park and Spruce Pine Lodge

Provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform the work described below at the site. Contractor shall replace specific deck boards noted in the most recent inspection report: Location: Bethesda Park, 1814 Stage Road, Durham, NC 27703. 1. MULTILINE/ MULTIVINE DECK (Elements 5 & 6): There are 2 deck boards that are heavily weathered. Contractor shall replace 2 boards (2@ 2x6x65”). 2. CARGO NET/ KITTEN CRAWL DECK (Elements 14 & 18): There is 1 deck board that is heavily weathered. Contractor shall replace 1 board (2x6x50”). 3. CRAZY LINES/ AIR TROLLEY DECK (Elements 13 & 15): There is 1 deck board that is heavily weathered. Contractor shall replace 1 board (2x6x50”). 4. BOSUN’S LOOPS/ GAUNTLET DECK (Elements 19 & 20): There is 1 deck board that is heavily weathered. Contractor shall replace 1 board (2x4x28”). 5. BURMA LOOP/GAUNTLET DECK (Elements 19 & 22): There is 1 deck board that is heavily weathered. Contractor shall replace 1 board (2x6x28”). Location: Spruce Pine Lodge, 2235 Bahama Road, Bahama, NC 27503. 1. Contractor shall remove the Nitro Slide anchor from a dead tree and install anchor into the ground (see Photo 2 – Example Ground Anchor in Exhibit B). 2. The two Nitro Slide platforms are heavily weathered. Contractor shall replace all deck boards on the two 7’ x 8.5’ platforms, the four (4) steps and the 10’ x 4’ ramp with 2x6” boards.
