| Description | Clean and prep existing roof, remove existing blisters back to adhered roof systems, prep area and adhere Modified Membrane patch over old blister. Mechanically attach new cover board and 60 Mil PVC Single ply membrane to roof, fully adhere wall and curb flashings to existing curbs, parapet walls and rise walls. Install new gutters and down spouts, install new pvc clad metal perimeter edge and prefinished cover piece at all new perimeter edges and perimeter edges with gutter, install all new pre-finished metal at coping caps. Install stainless steel metal counter flashings. Raise any curbs as required to meet manufactures requirements for curb flashings and any penetrations (i.e., plumbing vents stacks vent stacks, electrical lines, gas lines) as needed to maintain roof warranties. (Note slope is in existing structure or existing tapered roof insulation) |
