Southwest Well Field Raw Watermain Project

Said improvements shall include the following work: 45,292 LF Water Main, trenched, PVC/DIP, 16' 2,040 LF Water Main, trenchless, PVC, 16' Fittings, valves, tie-ins, seeding, erosion control, traffic control, etc. and other related construction work Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Orange City, in Sioux County, Iowa, will meet at the City Offices, 125 Central Avenue SE, in said City, on the 2nd day of May 2022 at 4:30 o'clock P.M., at which time a City Council meeting will begin which will include a hearing on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the construction of the Orange City, Southwest Raw Watermain Project, in and for said City. Said improvements shall include the construction of approximately 9 miles of 16" watermain and miscellaneous appurtenant work. Approximately 44,330' of PVC pipe has been procured by the Owner. The procurement contract will be assigned to the general contractor. The balance of the pipe and other materials will be supplied by the Contractor.
