Grounds Maintenance for City Fire Stations and Other Fire Administration Locations

The term work includes all supervision, labor, equipment and materials for grounds maintenance at the following fire stations and fire Administration locations: 1. Fire Station #1 (PREVIOUS LOCATION), 427 South Main Street, located at the comer of SE 4th Place and South Main, and containing 8,114 square feet of lawn and 1,010 square feet of shrub beds. 2. Fire Station #1 (NEW LOCATION), 525 South Main Street, located at the comer of SE 5th Avenue and South Main, and containing 2,500 square feet of lawn and 150 square feet of shrub beds. 3. Fire Station #2, 2210 SW Archer Road, located on the corner of Archer Road and SW 16th Avenue, and containing 15,784 square feet of lawn and 2,121 square feet of shrub beds. 4. Fire Station #3, 900 NE Waldo Road, located near Citizens Field at the corner of NE 8th Avenue, on the west side of Waldo Road, and containing 11,478 square feet of lawn and 750 square feet of shrub beds. 5. Fire Station #4, 10 SW 36th Street, located between University Avenue and Newberry Road, and containing 9,000 square feet of lawn and 2,735 square feet of shrub beds. 6. Fire Station #5, 1224 NW 30th Avenue, located one block east of 441 on NW 30th Avenue, and containing 5,338 square feet of lawn and 2,780 square feet of shrub beds. 7. Fire Station #7, 5601 NW 43rd Street, located 1/2 mile north of 53rd Avenue on the east side of NW 43rd Street and containing 13,295 square feet of lawn and 250 square feet of shrub beds. 8. Fire Station #8, 3223 NW 42nd Avenue, located ¼ mile north of NW 39th Avenue and 500 feet east of NW 34th Street on NW 42nd Avenue and containing 51,000 square feet of lawn and 19,000 square feet of shrub beds. 9. Fire Station #9, 4213 SW 30th Avenue, located on the corner of SW 30th Avenue and SW 42nd Street (Butler Plaza North) and containing 16,500 square feet of lawn and 1,000 square feet of shrub beds. 10. Fire Administration Complex, located at 1025 NE 13th Street, located 0.02 mile north of NE 8th. The property maintained at this facility includes all grounds north of NE 8th Ave and extending to MLK center and all grounds in between NE 13th Street and NE 14th Street including grounds within Safety City.
