Description

DCAMM Certificate Provide Preventive Maintenance as specified to maintain daily operations and conduct all legally required and all regularly planned preventive and predictive services, but not limited to, all regular inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of all ME, EE and PE in the Contracted Buildings including, but not limited to, those maintenance regimens identified in Appendices 3,4 and 5 for all ME,EE and PE in order to maintain optimum operating conditions and optimum safety levels at all times for the Contracted Buildings.
