Weatherization Services- Architectural

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Rockford, Illinois. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. All questions regarding the bidder's preparation of his bid, pertaining to the drawings and specifications, shall be compiled in writing and e-mailed to Xavier Whitford, (xavier.whitford@rockfordil.gov) City of Rockford, Finance Department, at least 72 hours prior to bid time. Questions received less than 72 hours before the designated bid time cannot be answered by addendum. Oral statements will not be binding to City of Rockford or Vendor. Any questions deemed by City as requiring a response will be answered by addendum issued to all bidders and will become a part of the Contract. Subcontractors must direct their questions through Vendor only. The consulting Architect and/or the consulting Engineer shall not be contacted direct without prior authorization from City. 8.
