Description Excavate, to an approximate depth of 7'-0" +/-, in two locations along the building perimeter to install (2) two new clean out tie-ins to the existing 6" French drain system installed along the footing of the existing building. Once the cleanouts have been installed the area will need to be backfilled and graded to match the existing conditions. Once the two clean outs have been installed approximately 400'of French drain will need to be flushed of all sediment, roots, etc., to an existing manhole located along the street side of the building. All sediment will need to be taken off site to an approved dumping location. Once the French drain has been fully flushed of all sediment, roots, etc. it will require a TV inspection videotaping to determine the existing conditions to determine whether or not the drain is properly functioning or requires any repair.
