Synthetic Turf Field Projects

The Bedford School District and the Town of Bedford are jointly soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the replacement and installation of Synthetic Turf Fields, respectively. The Bedford School District shall be noted as “Field A” in joint bid documents. This project is to replace the existing synthetic turf field at the Bedford High School. Funding for this project is contingent on budget approval March 10, 2020. If approved, funding will not be available until July 1, 2020. The Town of Bedford shall be noted as “Field B” in joint bid documents. This project is to install a new synthetic turf field at Sportsman Field on Nashua Road. Additionally, this project will include site work, drainage, fencing and stadium lights. Funding for this project is contingent on Town approval March 10, 2020. If approved, funding will be available immediately.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
