Description

Work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof including but not limited to the abatement of hazardous materials related to the removal of existing materials, all flashings, roof rail system down to the decking, and providing a new EPDM system over new rigid insulation, with all related flashings, trim, rail system and accessories. Building 14 will be the base bid with Building 10 as an alternate.
