Fire Extinguisher Servicing

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's or treasurer's check, money order, or bid bond payable to the Bethlehem Area School District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, to be retained by the Bethlehem Area School District. Failure to enter into contract with the school district within ten (10) days after the award shall constitute grounds for forfeiture of the supplier's certified check, cashier's check, treasurer's check, or bid bond. This contract service agreement shall be for a period of three (3) or five (5) years, starting July 1, 2022, and expiring on either June 30, 2025 or June 30, 2027. The agreement shall be subject to cancellation by the Bethlehem Area School District upon thirty (30) days written notice if in the opinion of the school district, the specifications are not being met. The Bethlehem Area School District reserves the right not to renew the contract without cause for any subsequent year.
