| Description | Demolition Services may be required at Various PhilaPort facilities. This RFQ seeks contractor(s) that will be capable of providing the following services: 1. Demolition of building and associated structures through any of the following methods: manual, implosion, and traditional deconstruction methods. 2. Abide by Air Management Services permitting requirements and Pennsylvania State L&I. 3. Removal and disposal of debris offsite following all federal, local, and state regulations. 4. Possible onsite processing of demolition materials for use as fill. 5. Installation of required safety controls and associated other features to complete the demolition. 6. Other temporary construction, support, and maintenance activities which are related to the projects. 7. Demonstrated ability and willingness to bond for completion and timing of contemplated work. |
