| Description | Coweta County Prison Roof Replacement includes that the contractor will following all manufactures specifications and guidelines for replacement of roof. The contractor will supply and complete the installation of the SBS- Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing as proposed at the Coweta County Prison. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision to complete the project as proposed. The Contractor should refrain from using freelance or subcontractors if at possible. The contractor will be responsible for all field verification's and measurements in order to replace approximately 17,500 sq ft. The contractor will be responsible for all site clean-up and debris disposal daily. Contractor shall take precautions against damaging or disrupting the building, any damages shall be repaired at the contractor’s cost. Please email mlinch@coweta.ga.us for complete specifications. |
