Hudson Bus Site Playing Field

The work for the Hudson Bus Site Playing Field shall consist of, but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory construction of an all-purpose playfield, chain link fence and associated paved parking. Construction includes raising the site grade by approximately two feet. A geotextile separation material of orange color is needed between the existing site soils and additional clean fill material. The City has stockpiled approximately 3,500 cubic yards (CY) of clean common borrow to be used in the site fill. The playfield includes a 10-foot high chain link fence and gates. Base bid for the parking lot is for standard paving and gravel depths per the detail on the site plans. Base Bid also includes a shallow swale where the stomwater pond is shown with the culvert inlet cored into the existing catch basin.
