Description | 1. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all surveys (by licensed professionals) sufficient to perform intended operations. Survey to include drainage, topography, utilities, etc 2. Contractor to perform physical and chemical analysis of existing soil conditions prior to construction. All materials used for construction shall be compatible and complimentary to existing material conditions. 3. Contractor shall remove existing in-field turfgrass sod and out-field turfgrass sod as required in order to perform work (approx. 2-3 ft. infield, 10 – 12 ft. outfield). 4. Contractor to expand baselines as required to accommodate proper grade elevation and eliminate lips. 5. Contractor to prep grade at areas to receive new turfgrass sod in accordance with recommended practices, and utilizing appropriate materials. 5. Contractor to install in-field mix as required to accommodate positive drainage, and design elevation (approx. 75 tons – contractor to verify) 6. Contractor shall submit for owner review and approval all mix designs including in-field mix, top dressing and turf grass specifications. 7. Contractor shall utilize laser grading and other appropriate construction methodologies to perform work. 8. Contractor to measure and square in-field as required. 9. Contractor to provide as-built drawings indicating all work performed. 10. Apply red topdressing with approved material (approx. 4 tons). 11. Rebuild mound and home plate with approved materials (approx. 2 tons). Remove/dispose of all extraneous field debris/materials and transport off campus. | ||||||||
