Construction of the North Milwaukee Street Repaving Project

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Waterford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. VILLAGE OF WATERFORD, WISCONSIN 1. Time and Place of Opening Bids. 2. Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of full depth milling and repaving approx. 19,900 SY of North Milwaukee Street from Main Street to the Village northern limits, and other miscellaneous items of work. This is a Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) Allocation Project. 3. Information for Bidders. All pertinent documents may be examined at the Village Hall at 123 North River Street, Waterford, WI or on the internet. No hard copy/paper Bidding Documents will be provided. Documents can only be purchased through Quest CDN. 4. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. Work shall not begin until July 6, 2022. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 1.11 of the Supplementary Conditions on or before December 2, 2022.
