Lawn Maintenance for Water Production

The City of Titusville Purchasing & Contracting Department is soliciting sealed bids from licensed, qualified and experienced contractors to maintain the grounds for four-(4) separate Water Production facility locations in Titusville. It is the City's intent to establish an annual contract with a licensed contractor for the services listed herein. The proposed services shall meet or exceed the specifications of this Invitation for Bid. Awarded Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, and supervision necessary. The term of the agreement shall be effective upon date of purchase order award and continue for one-(1) year with option of four-(4) one-(1) year renewals. Renewal will be at the discretion of the City and includes the option to negotiate pricing, terms & conditions. Administrative renewals will be contingent upon the annual availability of funds for this service, satisfactory performance of the contracted vendor (s) and the desire of the City to exercise their option to renew this agreement.
