Pomeroy Elementary Cooling Tower Repairs

Qualified contractors for cooling tower repairs at Pomeroy Elementary for Mesa Public Schools. The bid shall include labor, material, equipment, services and transportation necessary for repairs of cooling towers. 1. Replace the Fan/Fill section including the Distribution System, (see parts list) 2. Replace PVC Fill, and Drift Eliminators (Labor only) 3. Clean, Patch and Epoxy coat at Eliminator level, Fan Shaft, and above air inlet Louvers inside & Out. 4. Sandblast I Beam sections & Epoxy coat I Beams 5. Provide and apply Epoxy coating on the basin seams. 6. Sandblast water circulation lines & apply them with an Epoxy coating. 7. Clean & apply identification and directional flow tape. 8. Replace any required chemicals to control calcification. 9. Submit any shop drawings and other submittals if required. 10. Clean work site of refuse, rubbish, and trash of any kind. All removed materials and equipment, which may have a salvageable value, will remain the property of Mesa School District, unless otherwise advised. 11. Provide a valid contractor Warranty period.
