Description | Garney Pacific, Inc is proposing on the Conveyance Infrastructure Project of the Pure Water Soquel Program as a Prime General Contractor. We are actively seeking sub-bids on all trades from qualified & certified DBE, DVBE, WBE, MBE, and Local subcontractors & suppliers. Portions of work for the project include the following: SWPPP*Earthwork*Cathodic Protection*Traffic Control*Trucking*Aggregates*Shoring*CIP Concrete*Rebar*Concrete Supply *Precast*Masonry*Structural/Misc.Metals*Painting/Coating*Signage*Saw cutting*Pipe Supply*Valve Supply*Fencing*Striping, etc. Subcontractors are required to meet insurance & labor requirements per project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Firms must include small business cert, contractor's license number, & DIR number with quote. The Conveyance Infrastructure Project will consist of the design, construction of conveyance infrastructure for Source Water, ROC, and Purified Water. The Source Water Pipeline will convey tertiary treated effluent from the Santa Cruz WWTF to the Chanticleer AWPF site. The ROC pipeline will convey the ROC and any reject or excess water to the Santa Cruz TTF along the same alignment of the tertiary treated effluent pipeline where it will terminate at a connection to the outfall; and The Purified Water Pipeline will convey purified water from the AWPF to the SWIP injection wells. Engineers Estimate: $24,000,000.00 - $51,000,000.00. Program may be funded, in whole or in part, by various sources, including but not limited to: o The Proposition 1 Groundwater Grant Program administered by the California State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) o The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program (partnership between State of California and US Environmental Protection Agency) low-cost financing o The Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program, and o The Bureau of Reclamation's Title XVI program. o Additional requirements may be applicable to this contract based on the funding sources acquired, ie. the use of American Iron and Steel is required by these entities. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
