| Description | Recyclable Collection Service for the Borough of Lake Como. Bid Security: an Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Indicated is Required as Security for the Bid-bond or Certified Check. Mayor and Council Reserve the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Immaterial Defect or Informality in Any Bid, if Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Borough and to Hold All Bids for Thirty (30) Days. Conditions A. Successful Bidder will retain ownership of all material at time of collection and assume responsibility for disposal. Where the Contractor has paid the single stream recycling tipping fees, the Contractor shall submit a separate invoice to the Borough of Lake Como for reimbursement. |
