Description

The Ray County Board of Services (RCBS) is seeking a General Contractor to oversee, manage and/or complete work for our Ideal Apartments Housing complex located in Richmond, MO. Ideal Apartments is operated under a HUD 811-PRA contract. Examples of work to be accomplished are foundation assessment and repair, painting throughout, removal and installation of new walk-in showers, various concrete work, and more. To begin the selection of a contractor, The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
