The Work consists of the following: The Work includes Roofing at two buildings, boilers work, miscellaneous electrical and plumbing work and site work involving asphalt replacement and a new multi-use turf field. Scope: General: Removal of Select Structural Steel Framing on Roof, Reconstruction of New Steel Framing on Roof / Deck Steel. Roof Penetration and Removal Patching in Select Areas and Removal/reinstallation of Select Doors/frames for HVAC Equipment Removal and Installation. Site Construction: Replacement of Existing Asphalt Paving and Concrete Sidewalks. Some Minor New Areas of Asphalt Paving and Concrete Pad Work. Installation of New Turf Fields, Drainage / Groundwork and Fencing. Mechanical: Removal of Existing Boilers and Associated Parts and Installation of New Boilers Associated Work.
