Description Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, supervision, and materials required to perform glass cleaning services. 1. Building windows and frames shall be clean and clear, free of all dirt, grime, cobwebs, streaks and film. 2. All Contractor equipment and practices must comply with all applicable EPA and OSHA rules and regulations. 3. The Contractor is responsible for providing equipment, environmentally safe chemicals and practices that will not damage the buildings being cleaned.
