Provision of Airfield Electrical Repairs, Replacements, Installations and Troubleshooting - Annual Contract

The scope of services includes inspection, maintenance, repairs and/or installations of airfield electrical system components and fixtures as required by the County’s service requests. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the assigned projects. This is an on-demand contract. Quantities of work will vary depending on need. Types of service shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Repair of airfield taxiway lighting circuits and components. 2. Repair of LED airfield taxiway lighting circuits and components. 3. Repair of airfield runway lighting circuits and components. 4. Preventative maintenance and/or repair of airport beacon. 5. Repair of precision approach path indicator (PAPI) lighting units. 6. Repair of wind socks. 7. Repair of supplemental wind socks. 8. Repair of air traffic control tower (ATCT) consoles. 9. Repair of ATCT lighting switches. 10. Repair of ATCT wind speed indicators. 11. Repair of ATCT equipment power supplies and wiring. 12. Periodic inspection of all items mentioned above. 13. Replacement of items mentioned above, if required. 14. Troubleshooting airfield electrical circuits if they have failed. 15. Installation of new airfield electrical circuits sections to replace damaged sections.
