| Description | The St. Johns County Utility Department (SJCUD) owns and maintains eight (8) wastewater treatment facilities, over four hundred (400) lift stations, and over 200 STEP Tanks within St. Johns County. The area maintained by the SJCUD is approximately twenty-two (22) miles long by twenty (20) miles wide. This solicitation includes hauling and disposal of liquid biosolids for scheduled, unscheduled, and storm events (Hurricanes or Major nor' easters). The County intends to award a continuing service contract to one (1) or more Contractors. |
