Description | All questions concerning this RFQ or the RFQ process shall be directed to Ms. Patrycia Maslowska, Administrative Assistant, Middlesex County Utilities Authority at pmaslowska@mcua.com. The Middlesex County Utilities Authority ("MCUA") is soliciting Qualifications for Specialized Engineering Services for the Year 2022-2023 through a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") process as more particularly described herein. Persons and/or firms interested in providing the identified services to the MCUA must prepare and submit Qualification Submissions ("Submissions") in accordance with the procedures and schedules set forth in this RFQ. The MCUA will review Submissions only from those persons and/or firms that include all the information required to be included in this RFQ. The MCUA intends to qualify those Respondents for subsequent solicitation of a proposal, who possess the professional experience, expertise, and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed service as set forth in this RFQ. The MCUA was established by the Middlesex County Board of Commissioners as an instrumentality of the County, exercising public and essential governmental functions, to provide for the public health and welfare, having perpetual succession and having express and implied powers by virtue of and under N.J.S.A. 40:14B-1 et seq., more commonly known as the "Municipal and County Utilities Authorities Law." The MCUA is responsible for preserving and protecting central New Jersey's environmental resources, and for the operation of Landfill facilities, a Water Treatment Plant and its entire connecting sewer network, pump stations and related infrastructure, and the provision of services with respect to and in support thereof. The qualifications shall be in a sealed envelope or boxed marked with the name and number of this RFQ as well as the name and address of the Respondent on the outside. Respondents must submit one (1) clearly marked printed original copy of their qualifications along with one (1) printed copy and one (1) Electronic copy in PDF format on separate USB (flash drive). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
