GA-15 Facade Repairs Phase Two at Superior Court

Includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Repair precast concrete spalls with cementitious repair mortar. 2. Clean rust stains from precast concrete. Cut and patch precast to expose, clean, and coat existing rebar. 3. Clean, prepare, and apply elastomeric coating to precast concrete copings. Remove and replace joint sealants. 4. Remove and replace brick to rebuild veneer at step cracks. 5. Remove and replace cracked brick units. 6. Prepare and apply elastomeric coating system to existing precast copings, pedestals, and water tables, metal shelves, and EPDM parapets. 7. Remove and replace joint sealants at precast copings. 8. Prepare and apply elastomeric coating system to existing standing-seam metal roof panels at mechanical penthouse, including refastening and treatment of exposed fasteners and reinforcement of existing seams. 9. Remove and replace sheet metal copings with ES-1 compliant system, including cover / backer plates and expansion joints. 10. Test, remove, reinstall, and re-test the existing lightning protection system to perform the work
