Route 31 at Thompson Road and South Bay Rd Intersection IMP

This project will improve the intersections of Route 31 and Thompson Road and South Bay Road in the Town of Cicero. The improvements may be in the form of separate left turn lanes or the construction of a round about. The improvements are intended to reduce the number of crashes at the intersections. This Project is Located in the Capital District Region and Includes the Following: Counties Onondaga As of January 19, 2023, The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2023. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2023.
