Ethan Allen Highway Banquet Hall and Warehouse

Plans call for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a banquet hall and warehouse. As of May 22, 2023, this project is seeking site plan approvals by the Town of Redding. The owner previously worked with a civil engineer on a proposal that has since been withdrawn. The owner will eventually hire a new engineer to work up a new proposal. An architect and general contractor have not been selected. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is not expected to begin before fourth quarter 2023.
