Delivery: 10/31/2022 Delivery Location Code: 0008349252 FWS Willapa National Wildl Ref 7112 67th Place Long Beach WA 98631 US 00010 New Boat Shop Roof at Cutthroat Creek Period of Performance: 09/01/2022 to 10/31/2022 ection C - Descriptions/Specifications/Work Statement (SOW) The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Willapa National Wildlife Refuge has identified the requirement to replace the roof (shingles, underlayment, sheathing, fascia, rakes, soffits, drip edging, rain gutters, and downspouts on a 2,900 sq. ft. building at the Cutthroat Creek unit of the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, Pacific County, Washington. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to replace the roof and associated components on a shop building, as well as transport and dispose of all debris from the original roof. See Figures 2-5 for photographs of the existing roof. Tasks are as follows Remove existing shingles, underlayment, damaged plywood sheathing, drip edging, fascia, soffits, rakes, gutters, and downspouts from an approximately 2,900 sq. ft. building (with an estimated roof area of 4,500 sq. ft.) Replace roof components with all new materials, including: 30-year composite shingles, Underlayment - Tri-Flex XT underlayment or comparable synthetic roofing underlayment, Plywood sheathing - only where needed to replace rotten and/or damaged sheathing, Solicitation No. 140F0322Q0049 Boat Shop Roof Replacement at Cutthroat Creek Willapa National Wildlife Refuge 6 Fascia, rakes, soffits, and vents - painted white to match existing trim using two coats of premium exterior paint, Drip edging and all other standard roofing components, Gutters that run along the entire length of the front and rear of the building (approximately 100 feet each) - painted white to match existing trim, A total of eight downspouts - four in the front and four in the rear (configured and spaced in the same manner that currently exists in the front of the building) - painted white to match existing trim. Transport and disposal of all debris from the roof replacement project, including all materials from the old roof.
