| Description | Existing concrete structure that supports two upper bleacher locations in the gymnasium is to undergo structural repairs. Scope includes, but is not limited to, new steel columns, beams and other steel structure, new reinforced concrete column footings, concrete repairs, reworking of existing sprinkler and lighting systems to allow for installation of new work, and moving and storage of existing equipment/furnishings during the course of the work. The Woodford County New High School project will be bid and constructed utilizing the Construction Management Agency form of construction contract delivery. Trace Creek Construction will be the Construction Manager for the project under direct contract with the Woodford County Board of Education. The project consists of the construction of a new two-story high school, approximately 183,600 SF in size, which includes classrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, gymnasium, auditorium, administrative spaces, media center, separate stand-alone greenhouse, exterior improvements, etc.. |
