Description

1. Remove and properly dispose of the existing emergency generator and automatic transfer switch 2. Install a new emergency generator to be mounted on a concrete pad on the exterior of the building, if feasible. 3. Install a new automatic transfer switch on the interior of the building in the existing location. 4. Install a concrete pad, at least 6” height, and sufficient in size to mount the new emergency generator, any other equipment incidental thereto, and to ensure adequate clearance around the equipment for any preventive maintenance or repairs that may be necessary. 5. Relocate any existing mechanical and electrical connections which may require excavation 6. Start up and test the new emergency generator and automatic transfer switch by a factory trained certified technician including a two (2) hour load bank test. Provide a baseline report to the Using Agency for the full load test.
