| Description | The removal and replacement of the existing roofing at Asante Preparatory Academy which includes all new flashing, remove and replace existing parapet caps and at the Standing Seam roof system remove and replace all flashing at the masonry wall terminations. The existing roof is approximately 102,000 sq. ft. consisting of 2 buildings which have a thermal moisture roofing system of a Modified Bitumen (MB) roof. A Standing Seam roof system exist over covered walkways and building entry locations. The bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, facilities and services for the proper execution and completion of work |
