Site Work, Infrastructure, and Improvements to the Marine Science Center Bird Office Modular Building

The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Engineering & Construction Division is seeking the services of a State of Florida Certified General or Building Contractor to provide permitting and construction services for site work, infrastructure, on-site building improvements to and oversight of the installation of a new modular building at the Marine Science Center, 100 Lighthouse Drive, Town of Ponce Inlet, Florida per the construction documents. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Term: Total contract time of Ninety (90) Days.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 13 -	Special Construction, Fabricated Engineered Structures, Fabricated Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
