Description | **As of March 2, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline or award has not yet been established.** For Havre Boiler and Lighting Upgrade, Department of Military Affairs All work shall reach Substantial Completion by or within: Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days to be completed by September 29, 2023. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. This project is funded in whole or in part by funds received from the Federal Government, and the contract award is wholly contingent on the state's appropriation authority for the federal funds and actual receipt of the federal funds. The State of Montana makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with an applicant's ability to compete in the bidding and/or selection process. In order for the state to make such accommodations, applicants must make known any needed accommodation to the individual project managers or agency contacts listed in the contract documents. The Owner may suffer loss if the project is not substantially complete on the date set forth in the contract documents. The Contractor and his surety shall be liable for and shall pay to the Owner the sums hereinafter stipulated as liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the work is substantially complete: TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($250.00). |
