| Description | Blue Ridge Community College, located in Weyers Cave, Virginia seeks a qualified contractor to provide repairs of the sidewalk located outside of the Student Rec Center at 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, VA 24486. 1. Provide all materials, labor, tools, supplies, and incidentals to provide the following sidewalk repairs: Materials List: Concrete - 4000 PSI Air Entrained Ready-Mix Concrete with 6 x 6 W1.4 x W1.4 Wire Mesh Reinforcing, Light Broom Finish to match existing sidewalk. Sealants - Traffic-grade multi-component pourable urethane sealant conforming to ASTM C 920. Door Sweep - Reese 353, Hager 770S or Zero 8197. 2. Sidewalk Repair Plan and perform work according to such plan. Demolition and removal is to be completed under this contract. Approximate affected area is 6 feet wide by 24 feet long at each of the two (2) locations. | ||||
